Corbus Pharmaceuticals to Commence Phase 3 Study of Lenabasum for the Treatment of Rare Autoimmune Disease Dermatomyositis

Corbus Pharmaceuticals Holdings, Inc., a clinical stage drug development company targeting rare, chronic, serious inflammatory and fibrotic diseases, announced today that the Company will proceed with a Phase 3 trial evaluating the efficacy and safety of lenabasum for the treatment of dermatomyositis (“DM”). Dermatomyositis is a rare and serious multisystem inflammatory autoimmune disease affecting muscle and skin.
