Ten-year-old Colleen Long has been legally blind since the second grade.Now the fifth grader, a member of the Girl Scouts of Northern Illinois, has enlisted her troop in raising money through the sale of Girl Scout Cookies to help obtain equipment to help other visually impaired students.
