Elizabeth Banks has a story to tell. Actually, she has quite a few. The ever-busy actress, screenwriter and director holds over 250 television and movie credits in her resume. They didn’t come easy, of course. Earlier in her career, feeling as though women weren’t afforded enough influence in Hollywood, she started her own production company. Brownstone was founded in 2002, with an emphasis on championing female voices. Now she wants to do the same thing in the world of wine.
This week Banks announces an equity stake in Archer Roose, one of the country’s leading purveyors of canned wines.
